  10.     This is the Cambridge Harness Handicapper. It will give you the
  11.     power to handicap harness races quickly and easily, even if
  12.     you've never handicapped before.

  14.          This is a self browsing file. To move around, use the cursor
  15.          keys, PgUp, PgDown, Home and End.

  17.          To print this file, hit ALT-P.

  19.          To return to DOS, hit ESC.

  21.     The Cambridge Harness Handicapper is distributed on a Shareware,
  22.     or User-Supported basis. The idea is to give you a chance to try
  23.     software before you decide whether to buy it. If you like The
  24.     Cambridge Harness Handicapper and use it, you should register
  25.     your program. The registration fee is $30. When you register,
  26.     you'll get an enhanced version with even more features to make
  27.     your handicapping easier and more accurate.

  31.     To install The Cambridge Harness Handicapper, just copy all the
  32.     files on this disk or in this archive to a floppy disk or to a
  33.     directory on your hard disk.

  35.     Printing the Instruction Manual
  36.  
  37.     The instruction manual is in the file HARNESS.DOC. Please read it
  38.     carefully before you start handicapping horses.
  39.  
  40.     The manual is formatted properly for all printers. To print it,
  41.     you will need 21 sheets of paper. Here's how to do it.

  43.        1.  Switch to the floppy or hard drive directory containing
  44.            the handicapper files.
  45.  
  46.        2.  Make sure your printer is on line, with the printhead at
  47.            the top of a page.
  48.  
  49.        3.  Type PRINTME and hit ENTER.
  50.  
  51.        4.  The instruction manual will be printed.

  53.     Running the Program

  55.     To run the program, switch to the drive or directory containing
  56.     the handicapper program files. Then type HARNESS and hit ENTER.
